10.3 Referral Tracking

  • The company tracks leads and conversions through these identifiers.
  • No commission will be paid for untracked or unverifiable referrals.

10.4 Conduct and Representation

  • Marketers must represent Tujax Limited professionally and ethically at all times.
  • Misrepresentation, false advertising, or any form of misconduct may lead to termination.
  • The marketer shall not bind the company or make unauthorized commitments.

10.5 Confidentiality

Marketers agree to keep confidential any company materials, pricing, customer data, or proprietary information received during the engagement.

10.6 Compliance with Laws

Marketers must comply with all applicable laws and must not engage in deceptive, coercive, or misleading marketing practices.

10.7 Termination

  • Tujax Limited reserves the right to terminate the engagement of any marketer at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
  • Any pending commissions up to the termination date will be honored if properly verified.

10.8 Indemnification

Marketers agree to indemnify and hold Tujax Limited harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from their marketing activities or breach of these terms.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Tujax Limited values your privacy. All personal data collected is handled in compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR). We do not sell or share user data with third parties without consent.
