This consultation is ideal for clients at the idea stage who need professional guidance before design begins. During the session, we’ll discuss your project goals, assess your site or land documents, explore suitable building types and layout options, and advise on space planning, zoning, and compliance with planning regulations. We’ll also outline clear next steps toward obtaining design approvals. This excludes architectural drawings or full design work—it is purely advisory and strategy-focused. You’ll receive a Concept Design Summary outlining ideas discussed, sketches (where applicable), and spatial recommendations.

Fee: ₦250,000 per session (2 hours online/call)

Civil Engineering Advisory

Civil Engineering Advisory

Our civil engineering consultation covers all the essential groundwork to set your project up for success. We’ll evaluate your site’s topography and terrain, interpret soil test results, and advise on appropriate foundation types. We also guide you on drainage solutions, road access planning, site grading, and bulk earthworks strategy. If needed, we’ll assess erosion risks and recommend civil systems that improve site stability and usability. We’ll provide a Site & Terrain Advisory Report detailing observations, recommendations, and preliminary engineering inputs.

Business Consultation

We offer precise project costing, detailed BOQ analysis, and cost-saving strategies to keep your project on track financially. Our team checks if the quantities and rates in your BOQ are accurate and market-aligned, identifying any inflated prices, omissions, or duplications. We’ll help you make informed material choices, suggest value-engineering alternatives, and provide a clear second opinion before you commit to a contractor. A Cost Review & BOQ Feedback Report will be provided, highlighting pricing checks, adjustments, and savings suggestions.

We also help you select materials for walls, floors, ceilings, and cabinetry, and advise on where to source or custom-make your finishes – whether local or imported. We’ll send you a Design Direction Brief including layout advice, mood board elements, and finish selection notes.

Our safety system consultation ensures your property is secure with smart, effective solutions.
